ABOUT ME
My name is Tjard Püschel, I am 27 years old, and I completed my English-language Master's degree in International Marketing and Brand Management at Munich Business School in January 2024 (Final grade: 1.3 / A-). Prior to that, I earned my Bachelor's degree in Online Media Management from Hochschule der Medien Stuttgart with the same grade.
I am passionate about strategic brand management, digital marketing, and innovative communication strategies. Through my academic and professional journey, I have gained extensive international experience in marketing, branding, consulting, project management, and social media.
During my studies, I gained hands-on experience through various roles at leading companies:
- Telefónica Germany – Working Student & Master’s Thesis in Brand Management & Strategy (focus: data-driven brand strategy & sponsorship activation)
- newboxes GmbH – Marketing Consulting Internship (focus: rebranding & strategic brand positioning)
- FC Bayern Munich – Social Media Internship (focus: digital brand communication)
In addition to my corporate experience, I have been running my own branding agency since 2021, advising companies on brand strategy, digital marketing campaigns, and photo/video production.
International exposure and intercultural competence are key drivers of my professional growth. I have completed study semesters at Nanyang Technological University of Singapore (Digital Media & Entrepreneurship, Final grade: 1.4) and University of Cape Town (Digital Marketing, Campaign Communication & Reputation Management, Final grade: 1.0).
Currently, I am working as a Marketing & Content Manager at Sportworld / b1smarttv GmbH, where I develop targeted marketing strategies, strengthen brand presence, and drive business growth.
