ABOUT ME

My name is Tjard Püschel, I am 26 years old and I completed my English-language Master's degree in "International Marketing and Brand Management" at Munich Business School in January 2024 (GPA: 1.3 / A-). Before that, I completed a Bachelor's degree in the field of "Online Media Management" (overall grade: 1.3 / A-) at the Stuttgart Media University in August 2021.


As you can see from my resume, I have been interested in business administration and marketing in particular for many years. Through my past, as well as current academic and professional stations, I can draw on an international, as well as multi-faceted experience in the areas of consulting, marketing, branding, project management, and social media:


During my bachelor's degree, I completed a semester abroad at the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore (GPA: A-/1.4) and a six-month internship in the social media department of FC Bayern Munich. In addition to my analytical qualities, I greatly developed my creative and business skills at these stations.


Since September 2021, I have not only been working as a master's student in Munich but also as an independent entrepreneur in the field of branding. Currently, I support companies here in the areas of branding, online presence, as well as photo and video production (Company page). This expertise also flowed into my work as a working student at the marketing department of the Zurich-based company Swiss Sales. Thus, my remote way of working enabled me to complete another semester abroad at the University of Cape Town in South Africa in July 2022. Here, I was not only able to expand my knowledge in the areas of electronic marketing, campaign communication, and reputation management, but also once again realize how important and inspiring it can be to work in multicultural teams!


Currently, I am writing my master's thesis and supporting as a working student the Brand Management & Strategy Team of Telefónica Germany. For my future, I am excited about my following professional and academic challenges!


Until January 2024, I supported the Brand Management & Strategy team at Telefónica Germany as a working student and Master's student. I was able to complete my master's thesis on the topic of "Influence of Emotionalizing Brands on the Purchase Decision of Generation Z Using the Example of O2 Germany's Engagement in the Field of Music" with a grade of 1.3. I am currently looking for new professional challenges following my internship at the management consultancy newboxes!
